Legacy Builders: Jay Alfaro & Keith Davis (Ex-Pro Football Player)
Changing the Atmosphere in a Commuity. On Sat. July 29th Keith Davis, Rose Family and JAM Ministries partnered with Legacy Builders Church to provide a Back to School JAM in order to make an impact on the community of Dalworth. Mission Accomplished!!!!
In January, the Lord told us that the key to the heart of this community is found in meeting their physical needs. With the help of Margaret Dominquez and Corporate Express, we were able to bring hope to many families. We distributed backpacks equipment with school supplies, to prepare each student for the upcoming school yr, and with help of CiCi's pizza in Grand Prairie, Arlington & Cedar Hill, over 150 people were fed. The students participated in fun and exciting games. All who attended had a wonderful time. Jesus said that if He would be lifted up, then all men would be drawn unto Him. Students arrived up to 1 hr prior to the event in anticipation of what would take place. We had over 60 students that registered and it was estimated that the attendance was near 125 people.
During Keith Davis ministry he called our a young lady who was walking across the complex. He stopped her and asked her to assist him with one of his feats of strength. That young lady stayed for the remainder of the program and gave her heart to the Lord. When all was said and done, there were 20 recorded decisions to make Jesus the Lord of their life.
